:: HIS PASSION
You can almost guess what the motivation of a man who for a long time consciously searched for meaning and purpose in life would be if eventually he found them. It will simply be to introduce others to the source of meaning and purpose in life.
Ernest loves to see people come to the saving knowledge of God through Jesus Christ. This is the reason he regularly shares his faith in Jesus Christ with people he comes in contact with. But introducing people to the Lord Jesus Christ is not the only passion of his life. He also desires to see believers everywhere properly execute the Christian way of Life with the power provisions under God's grace. These power provisions are the Word of God and the enabling power of the Holy Spirit. Hear him:
"With my Limited exposure and interactions with Christians from all walks of life and from different cultures of the world, I have come to the conclusion that very few Christians really understand what Christianity is all about. This is why we must do everything possible to redirect the minds of Christians to the right path." No doubt the desire to see Christians advance toward Christian maturity is a significant motivation in his writing and publishing enterprise.
"How can multitudes be reached with the Good News of God's love and forgiveness in Christ Jesus?" "How can Christians be motivated or exposed to truths rich in doctrine that will enable them advance toward Christian maturity?" Ernest honestly believes that through the writing and publication of materials rich in doctrines that reflect God's viewpoint, multitudes will be reached, and Christians will advance towards maturity in Christ as they become positive in their volition towards the Word of God. "The Lord gave the Word great was the company of those that published it" (Psalm. 68:11).
Early in his Christian life, Ernest knew he could talk and teach very effectively. What he did not know was the fact that he could also "talk" with his pen. First it was the desire to find something to do on his own, something that will give him fulfillment; something creative and unique that ignited his mind to begin to write. He started with writing moral storied for children. That was in the early nineties. These children stories were packaged in a journal called Kiddies Lifestyle Journals. These Journals later metamorphosed into Christian Comic Strips with the original concept of teaching Bible truths on witnessing, holiness, discipleship, sin, etc. In their own way, both the Kiddies Lifestyle Journals and the Comic Strips were successful, but they were far too limited to his extremely active mind to achieve the burning desire to teach sizeable amount of Bible doctrines as he knew them then. They later gave way to the publication of books and mini books (which he prefers to call Christian Possibility Series).
There is no doubt that God has smiled on the 'works' of Ernest as he touches so many lives through these Christian Possibility Series and other publications. The aim of these publications is to teach Bible doctrines as much as possible so that believers will be helped to advance towards spiritual maturity in Christ. Ernest believes "that much of what is peddled today as Christianity by many preachers and lots of television evangelists is a far cry from biblical Christianity." At best according to him, "much of these preaching and teachings of many modern preachers are nothing but a subtle combination of psychology and individual philosophy neatly coated with Bible passages sometimes interpreted and applied out of context."
